Do TC's provide contracts?

No, you should always consult with an attorney or legal professional in the state of your deal who can generate contracts for you to use in your transactions. If you are working with a Real Estate agent, they can assist with filling out the contract for the state that they are licensed in.

Do we offer foreclosure postponement?
